Orders will be processed and shipped within 48-72 hours. No back order shipments are available.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are shipped either by USPS mail or UPS.  You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. I cannot be responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, once the package is in the hands of the USPS.  We do our best to ship in the most economical way possible.

I accept major credit cards and payments through PayPal.

SALES TAX

Applicable Sales Tax will be added on orders at checkout.

PRODUCT REFUNDS

Due to the nature of handmade products, each product may vary slightly from the photo.  If you obtain something you are not happy with please contact me immediately. I will do my best to work with you on a refund or replacement, but the customer will be required to pay the postage to return the unused item to me in the same shape as it was received.  Any used items may not be returned.
